Ou Thi is 21 years old. He has seven siblings and he is the youngest son. He is an English Teacher at a Private School in the village and he is studying at the University of Angkor Khemera Takeo Province of Biology Specialty in Year 2. Besides, studying Thi is a church leader and Umoja facilitator’s assistant of Sre Tasok Village of AOG Church.

Thi is faithful young man who always love to learn seek for new experience and serving for his community. Whatever he does and learn which in order to help his community, Thi will spend his time to learn to work together and bring back to his church. Thi used to hear about Umoja before, but he never attended the meeting, because he thought that it just a saving program which is from an organization. One day, when his facilitator introduced him about Umoja and he started to attend the meeting, time to time, he found out that Umoja is such a new experience for him to seek God’s purpose and identified our own resources. I have never thought that Umoja included bible studies and games which help him to reflect to his life.

He personally enjoys with working such as thing with helping people. So when he attended the Umoja training, it motivated him more on helping the community. So when he go back to the church he plan with church member to prepare home gardening, prepare the church ground, learn on how to planting crop and chicken raising and prepare the church dining room. Through attending Umoja training it him to know how to facilitate and improve his personal life. As he the bible said how he improves his holistic life. Moreover, it helps him to reflect from the bible to his life, and it also helps him to use some game or energizer from Umoja manual to teach to children.  Umoja lighting him to see the way how to solve the problem of broken relationship in the church and community and it gave him idea to make plan for improve church spiriture growth too.

Please pray for Thi that he keep involving with this ministry. And pray for his study that he will be finish successful and he will experience with God’s grace.
